Quilts and Health Kits for Lutheran World Relief
Our ladies gather on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Wednesday of the month at 10:00 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall to make quilts. There is always a need for more people to cut, sew, and assemble these quilts which are shipped around the world through Lutheran World Relief. For more information call the church office at (904)249-4575 and ask for Sandy Asher.

Beaches Emergency Action Ministry (B.E.A.M.)
We collect non-perishable foods and personal hygiene items on an ongoing basis. Items can be left in the red wagon in the Narthex.

BEAM is a community based organization serving low income residents in Jacksonville’s beaches communities and relying heavily on community support to assist our neighbors in time of need. We envision a future in which no beaches resident goes hungry or is haunted by the fear of eviction.

Mission House
Every 3rd Wednesday our people cook and serve the evening meal at Mission House, a homeless service in Jacksonville Beach. Volunteers work from 5 to 7 p.m. and serve about 300 people.

Mission House is the only day facility to help meet the needs of people who are homeless at the Beaches through compassion, faith, and programs designed to provide assistance at an individual level.
